Use of the game

These terms are accepted by the adult who buys or installs this copy, for their household; that adult is responsible for how children in their care use it. Where the law requires a parent's consent for a minor, these terms apply to the minor only as agreed by that parent. Chronicle of Brothers, LLC grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this copy for personal and family play, subject to applicable store terms. Do not redistribute game files except where a third-party license or law permits it, or disrupt another person's device, network or play.

Parents should guide young children in connected play, card sharing and support requests. You choose any card recipient or destination.

Ownership and other licenses

This license transfers no ownership. Rights in third-party material remain with their owners and follow the separate licenses below.

Updates and saved progress

We may update the game to fix problems, keep it working on new devices and systems, follow store rules and legal requirements, or add content. Updates are free. We change these terms only for those reasons; the new version carries a new date, appears in the game and on our website, and does not take away rights you already have. Saves are kept on the device and in the device's own backups if those are turned on.

Purchases and consumer rights

This version has no in-app purchases. The store you bought the game from handles billing and refund requests under its terms. If you are a consumer, you keep your legal rights when digital content is faulty or not as described, such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Governing law

California law governs these terms, except where the consumer law of the place where you live gives you more protection. This does not affect your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
